The Corporate Games have been very well accepted in Dubai, as indicated by the growth in participation year over year. 30 multinationals and local groups sent up to 900 employees to compete over the 2-day weekend event. The Games ended with the customary awards ceremony, attended by representatives from all sponsors (Choueiri Group, Sony Ericsson & TECOM Investments, AUD, ITP Aujan Industries & Nestle), and members of the press. Aramex and The Holding Group emerged as overall best performers.
High 5 started the Dubai Corporate Games 4 years ago, as part of its drive to promote health and wellness among the local corporate community. The event features intercompany competitions in various sports (football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, track, dragon boat racing.), and is open to all companies and organizations in the UAE. The Games offer participants with a platform to interact informally, improve teamwork and boost company morale. It is also an ideal setting for networking with executives and decision makers within the business community.
